Simplified the work of international charitable organizations in Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decree "Some issues of international charitable organizations, their branches and representative offices," which will help to simplify the operating environment of international charitable organizations, their branches and representative offices in Ukraine.

After turning on the international charity organization, its branches and representative offices, accredited in Ukraine as a separate unit of foreign non-governmental organizations and institutions registered in the manner prescribed by law, in the Unified Register recipients of humanitarian aid,   transferee charity aid exempted from the obligation to pay tax for the resulting help.

Under the acquirer charitable assistance in this context refers to persons who live in the area ATO and internally displaced persons who left the place of residence in connection with the ATO or temporary occupation of Crimea.
