The bill is designed to implement the recommendations of the lighthouse structure of the IMF mission to reform the system of fiscal services.

The aim of this project is to complete the changes to the Customs Code of Ukraine for the possibility of optimizing the territorial bodies SFSU, in particular by eliminating the requirements for corroboration of the customs status of a legal entity of public law, as well as the establishment of a one-tier administrative appeal procedures.

The introduction of the rules of the bill will enable the optimization of the territorial bodies of the State Fiscal Service, periods will reduce the administrative appeal, therefore, will contribute to the early entry of taxes and fees in the budget will ensure the equality of all categories of taxpayers in an appeal against the decisions of SFSU.
